Shipping

All prices include shipping to your home within the Continental U.S. For all other destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii, please call and we will route the least expensive way possible.

Returns

We, at Outdoor Living Designs, pride ourselves on explaining in great detail what to expect from our products in terms of assembly. Most products come mostly assembled, but still require some little final assembly because they need to be shipped UPS to save on shipping costs. Our patio sets ship by common carrier truck because of their size. However, all of our products can be built with a simple screwdriver and take very little time to assemble.

On occasion, our friends at UPS mishandle a product and a part may come damaged in the carton. In this case, simply call us and the part will be sent out the very next day.

Because we take such care in explaining these issues, we very rarely hear any feedback other than how happy our customers are with their purchase.

However, in the event that a customer wants to return a product because he or she is unhappy with a purchase, we will accept a return for full credit less a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also have to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse.
